Warranty Terms and Conditions
MKS Meble Company, hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, shall guarantee good quality and provide the warranty for proper functioning of the purchased product if used in the manner appropriate for the purpose thereof and in accordance with the operations manual.
The subject of the warranty shall be solely from the current MKS Meble Company offer.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect usage inconsistent with the operation manual.
The Guarantor gives the warranty to the Purchaser, counting in months from the date of the purchase of the product and it is usually limited to 2 years.
The defects and damages revealed during the warranty period shall be removed within 14 working days since the date of the producer’s responding to the case.
Under justified circumstances, removing defects and damages time could be extended and the purchaser is informed by telephone or electronic mail.
The Guarantor shall not be held responsible for any failure in performance of the obligations as stipulated in the warranty for reasons beyond the control of the Guarantor.
The defects and damages disclosed during the warranty period should be notified to the Guarantor within a specified time limit.
The defects and damages shall be removed by the Guarantor. In case the defected or damaged product needs to be repaired by the Manufacturer, the product should be appropriately packaged during its loading, transportation and unloading. In the absence of the original packaging, the product must be specially packed by the Purchaser in a way that ensures the safe transport of the product. The Purchaser shall bear all costs relating to packing, transportation and other risk associated with transport.
The warranty period is not extended by the time of repair.
The replaced defective pieces of furniture or elements shall become the property of the Guarantor.
The Guarantor reserves the right to charge the warranty beneficiary with the costs of service and transportation if the defect does not fall within the scope of this warranty.

In the case of irregularities, the complaint may be send by electronic mail firstname.lastname@example.org where the complaint should include: the full name of the piece of furniture, the date and place of purchase and a detailed description of the problem with photographical documentation. Following review of the complaint information, you will receive all the required information of our warranty decision.
The Purchaser shall be obliged to immediately and effectively notify the Guarantor about determined device’s defects and cease any using of it.
The Purchaser assumes the risk and liability in connection with the use of the product. The Guarantor shall in no way be held responsible for loss of anticipated benefits and the costs incurred in the use of the product or any loss of use thereof.
The warranty covers the defects and damages in the product resulting from the fault of the Manufacturer and arising from reasons inherent in the product. However, the warranty does not cover:
a) defects and damages resulting from the improper exploitation and normal wear and tear of the product.
b) damages resulting from incorrect usage, storage and transportation.
c) damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, inappropriate voltage, any damages caused without any fault by the Guarantor and other chemical and mechanical damages caused beyond the control of the Guarantor.
d) damages resulting from incorrect completion, modification, installation and other activities inconsistent with the operation manual.
e) damages and defects resulting from improper or absence of product maintenance.
f) damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge.
g) damages resulting from using the product contrary to its purpose.
h) the device of furniture equipment, e.g. LED light.
i) parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear, e.g. LED light, hinges, holders.
The Purchaser forfeits its guarantee right if:
a) any other person or company has been tempered the product in any way including repair, wilful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments.
b) the loss of the warranty card.
A duplicate thereof shall not be issued.
The warranty shall not exclude, limit or suspend the Purchaser rights with regard to the Guarantor in virtue of statutory and contractual warranty claims.
Matters that are not covered by these warranty terms and conditions shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code.
The product should be operated in a space at a temperature between +15°C to +35°C and a relative humidity of 20-30% at 26°C.
The Purchaser should avoid any flooding of the piece of furniture. The product should not be affected by shocks and vibration and exposed to any electrostatic discharge. It should be operated in a space with low dust level and protect against excessive sunlight.
